Nathan Millard believes most ‘engineer-CEOs’ need help to communicate more effectively cross-border. He’s lived in Asia for around ten years and In 2012 he took a pay cut and a risk and began working with startups. In 2015 he founded G3 Partners with a laptop and no capital, out of a co-working space in Seoul. G3 now has 10+ staff, over $1M USD in annual revenue and is setting up shop in Singapore
